The true meaning of Christmas is undoubtedly helping those less fortunate to ensure everyone has a gift to open in the festive season.
For the fourth year running, the Team at ‘Donations with a Difference’ set to work to produce 100 hand-filled bags of goodies to gift to the clients of Porchlight at their annual Christmas luncheon held at Kent County Cricket Club.
Filled with toiletries, hats, gloves, socks, lots of tasty treats and so much more the bags were once again delightfully received and made a real difference to their recipients and gave the lunch a true festive feel.
The lunch is an opportunity for people to come together, share a hot meal, get to know new people they wouldn't normally cross paths with and most importantly to have some fun! So often that is what people in difficult situations miss the most and why this annual event is so fundamental in the Porchlight calendar.
